This example show how to send BiaB MIDI data to energyXT, which splits and sends
a single MIDI port to 4 different VSTi's:
First download MidiYoke from
http://www.midiox.com
and install.
MK-461C USB MIDI In has been selected as the active MIDI keyboard controller,
and
Midi Yoke Junction: 2 has been selected as the active MIDI BiaB port.
In BiaB, from the MainMenu select
Opt ->
Midi driver setup... ->
set
Midi Output Driver to
MIDI Yoke Junction: 2.
MIDIXT is the MIDI input plugin. This is routed to 4
MIDI chs modules
named Mmap1,Mmap2,Mmap3 and Mmap4.
Mmap1(MIDI chs) sends Channels 2..8, 10..14 through to the
VSC plugin (Edirol
Virtual Sound Canvas)
Mmap2(MIDI chs) sends Channel 9 to channel 1 of the
SQ plugin (Edirol Super Quartet)
Mmap3(MIDI chs) sends Channel 16 to channel 1 of the
B4 plugin (Native
Instuments B4)
Mmap4(MIDI chs) sends Channels 15 to channel 1 of the
ORGANizedTrio plugin
